VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & INFO:
Table space is very limited and tables will sell out quick. Our vendor space is located outside of our two new theaters to provide maximum foot traffic in between films.
- Your table must be be horror, sci-fi or genre related.
- Will need to be available to setup Friday - Sunday Opening Weekend
- Please provide logos and additional information about your company.
- Let us know if you need power outlets.
- We will provide you a 6 foot folding table (no table cloth)
- Only 1 table per vendor due to limited quantities.

VENDOR SCHEDULE
CHECK-IN NIGHT
Thursday - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Vendors are encouraged to setup the night before the festival.
Please check in at the box office when you arrive at the theater. The vendor space is open to the public so be sure to put away your items each night. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items if you leave your table unattended during festival hours. We suggest covering up your table if you need to step out for a break or to see a film during normal festival vendor hours.
Each vendor will only be allowed 2 people at their table during the fest. The film pass is only good for 2 single admissions for the entire table. Not per person. You must take your vendor film pass to the box office and have it punched in exchange for your movie ticket will be punched prior to each screening. Once you use your 2 film passes you will not be allowed to use it for any additional screenings.
If you cannot setup on Thursday and are traveling from out of town you can start to setup on Friday at 2:00 PM. Look forward to seeing you at the fest! Remember this is a film festival, not a convention so we do expect lulls in our traffic.
